 USCIS Vermont Service Center is currently processing applications for Extensions of H-1B Status in two months and for Change of Status to H-1B in two months.

 USCIS California Service Center is currently processing applications for Extensions of H-1B Status in two months and for Change of Status to H-1B in two months.

 USCIS is currently processing I-140 Immigrant (Alien Worker) Petitions filed on or before August 01, 2007 for EB-1, August 15, 2007 for EB-2 and August 15, 2007 for EB-3.

 USCIS Texas Service Center is currently issuing Approval Notices for Permanent Resident Applications (I-485) filed on or before June 27, 2007.
